Why beginners love starting here
Pole dance is for every body
You do not need to be strong, flexible, sporty or a dancer. Beginners of every shape, age and gender are welcome. You build strength and flexibility through the classes themselves, step by step, at your own pace.
A studio built for learning
Our space features 9 professional poles set at a comfortable distance from one another, creating a welcoming environment where beginners can learn safely, move freely, and gain confidence from their very first class.
Teachers who put you at ease
Our teachers are widely known for being caring, patient and attentive. They meet you exactly where you are, explain every move clearly, and help you build confidence in your body — so your first class feels encouraging, never intimidating.
Classes in French and English
Our beginner classes are given in French and English. Whichever language you are most comfortable in, you will understand the instructions and feel right at home from your very first session.
A safe, judgment-free space
Flow Factory is a body-positive, inclusive and respectful space. There is no judgment and no competition here — only support. You are free to explore movement and feel good in your body, surrounded by people cheering you on.
Easy to Reach
Our studio is centrally located in Schaerbeek, near Place Liedts and close to public transport. Tram stops Liedts and Thomas are about a 5-minute walk away. Brussels North Station is less than 5 minutes by bike — an easy trip for your first class.
What to expect in your first class
Your first beginner class is relaxed and welcoming. Your teacher guides the group through a gentle warm-up, your first spins and poses on the pole, and a cool-down. Here is all you need to know to feel ready.
- Wear shorts and a t-shirt — bare skin on your arms and legs helps you grip the pole.
- Bring a bottle of water, your own towel, and arrive about 10 minutes early to settle in.
- Avoid body lotion or oil on class day, and leave rings and bracelets at home.
- No need to bring anything else — the studio is fully equipped and we take care of the rest.
